This regulator is used to adjust the sensivity of the infrared sensor (IR sensor) at the Löwen Tournament Darts HB8/9 games. The sensor recognizes the player in front of the dart board, so there is no need to press the "player change" button. Turning it clockwise increases the sensitivity.
